The ACSC brings together industry, government, and academia to face our most advanced cyber threats. This cross-sector consortium has evolved into one of the nation’s most visible non-profit groups focused on cyber threats research and development, and education. Through ACSC’s threat sharing model, R&D projects, and other programs, convenings, publications, and communications, members gain real-time access to actionable intelligence, as well as thought leadership and expert insights on keeping their organizations on the cutting-edge of cyber security.

Member Benefits:

  • Participation in face-to-face and virtual engagement platforms aimed at strengthening the sophistication of technical staff in responding to advanced cyber threats. The meetings help members identify their current cyber operation maturity levels and necessary steps to operate at their goal levels of cyber maturity.
  • Bi-weekly threat sharing meetings, including demonstration of tools, tactics, techniques, procedures, and strategies to address the threats led by The MITRE Corporation and The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
  • Full access to the ACSC Cyber Sharing Portal and CRITs, a secure online platform for sharing threat information and a virtual extension of the face-to-face member collaborations. The Portal provides a forum for members to share best practices and post threat signatures that will populate a searchable repository of threat and response information.

  • Review significant R&D challenges with university and industry leaders and organize regional assets to access funding and develop solutions.

  • Deeper access channels to the brightest undergraduate and graduate students for internships and jobs through a recommendation network composed of leading faculty. The ACSC will expand the regional talent pool available to employers and has efforts underway to expand the number of IT security internships offered by member institutions.
  • Shape new approaches to the emerging cyber security challenges affecting individuals, corporations and the nation through collaboration with industry leaders, academic experts and government officials.

  • Promotion of your organization’s national thought leadership through policy forums and white papers. Member firms will develop policy recommendations to support more effective defenses and expanded collaborations around advanced cyber threats.

  • Full participation in the annual ACSC Conference including members-only strategy sessions and VIP briefing for CEOs. The Conference provides practical and thought-provoking programming and networking to accelerate organizational goals.
